Custom ABAP, S/4HANA ready

Get your custom ABAP S/4HANA / Clean-Core ready, one object at a time, in dialogue.

The move to S/4HANA is unavoidable, and custom code is the #1 cause of migration overruns. Makion takes one object, finds what breaks on S/4HANA itself (deprecated APIs, direct table access, old syntax) and proposes a minimal fix for each. You approve, it applies and activates. For risky changes it writes a pin-down test first. It runs on-prem, on your own ECC, where SAP’s cloud AI can’t reach.

How it works

One object at a time

  1. 1Map first. Migration Map reads your custom code and its usage: what is used, what breaks, what to fix first. It never connects to production.
  2. 2Check clean core. Clean-core check audits released APIs, standard-table reads and extensibility, read-only.
  3. 3Fix in dialogue. Migration takes one object, proposes a minimal fix per finding, you approve, it applies and activates.
  4. 4Pin it down. For risky changes a pin-down test is written first, so behaviour is proven before it changes.

Migration Map

The analysis half of migration: reads your custom code and its usage to map the S/4HANA effort. What is used, what breaks, what to fix first. It never connects to production.

A prioritised migration picture before anyone changes a line.

Clean-core check

Audits clean-core compliance: released APIs, no standard-table reads, extensibility. Read-only.

A clean-core verdict per object before the migration plan is written.

Works where cloud AI can't

Makion runs its own SAP connector over the official ADT interface, so it works on any SAP that exposes ADT: S/4HANA (all releases) and NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.40+, including on-prem ECC on those releases. More on the comparison page →
