Trial / Evaluation Terms

1. What the trial is

Makion is offered as a 14-day free evaluation so you can assess whether it fits your needs. No payment is required to start the trial and no payment details are taken.

2. Licence during the trial

You are granted a temporary, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Makion solely to evaluate it, for the trial period only. No ownership or intellectual-property rights are transferred. All other terms of the End-User Licence Agreement apply to your use during the trial.

3. Provided "as is"

The trial is provided without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded are not affected.

4. How access is granted

Trial access is issued after approval by the operator — it is not automatic and may be declined or revoked at our discretion.

5. Where to evaluate

Makion connects to your own SAP systems through the official SAP ADT interface using credentials you provide. We recommend evaluating on a non-production system and not on real business data. You remain responsible for your SAP systems, your data, and compliance with your agreements with SAP.

6. AI processing

During the trial Makion sends the code and context needed for a task to a third-party AI provider for processing; it does not run the AI model locally. You bring your own AI access and are responsible for your provider's terms.

7. End of trial

At the end of the 14 days the trial access ends. If you wish to continue you may purchase a licence — there is no obligation to buy, no automatic charge, and nothing renews by itself.
